Welcome to your perfect getaway! This riverfront cabin features a blend of cozy, rustic charm and modern amenities. Watch as the Missouri River flows right through the back yard, enjoy stellar outdoor relaxation, and see an abundance of wildlife right outside the windows! This is a fisherman's paradise and this home can accommodate larger groups. This home has a total of 9 different beds.

This home is 35 minutes (42 miles) to Great Falls and 50 minutes (55 miles) to Helena. Craig, the quintessential, fly-fishing town is a short 6 miles away on Old United States Highway 91! Enjoy this 2500 square foot home with over 100 feet of river frontage all nestled onto 1 acre. The home has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill, full bathroom. The main part of the home has a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, enclosed patio, and an open loft. The largest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full bed (with a twin bed in the corner). The loft has two twin sized bunk beds (4 beds) and a full bed (sleeps 5). Additionally, the enclosed patio has a futon couch. The front of the house has a patio and the back has a deck with a BBQ, table, and a hot tub.

Our guests can access the whole property but the garage space is off limits. The driveway will be undergoing a facelift in the next few months with new gravel and a wider parking area.

Guests will be given a couple of different phone numbers to contact the managers during their stay. Montana's weather is famous for being highly variable so that doesn't allow management to schedule lawn care at the same time each week. We try to complete this during the week, after 12:00 P.M. (noon) and before 5:00 P.M.

The living room has a larger T.V. connected to the internet. The home also features fast Wi-Fi! In this location, some cell service does not work. Verizon Wireless works here most of the time. The property has a covered fire pit and there is wood by the barn. Enjoy views of the mountains, rocks, and the Missouri River! You will be surrounded by fish and wildlife. Please do not mess with any wildlife. Many birds, squirrels, rabbits, bighorn sheep, deer, and other wildlife call this area home. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, measuring cups, utensils, paper towels, basic spices, and a few food items. Don't forget to enjoy the hot tub in the evening!

The neighborhood is a very small collection of 15 houses on bigger lots. It is very quiet here. Expect to hear some traffic as the Missouri River and Interstate 15 cross each other's path all the way through the canyon.

Please drive slowly on the neighborhood roads, be kind to the neighbors, and don't harm any wildlife. Fishing is allowed from the property! Remove shoes and boots while in the house. Please shower before entering the hot tub.
