Excellent Missouri River Property
This property was a great home base for our group fishing the Missouri River for a week. Layne was very accommodating during the reservation process with prompt responses. The setting is very scenic with the house situated up on a bluff above the river yet access was very easy from the frontage road. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The house is well laid out, well equiped and was immaculate!

About Layne Hepworth
We live in Boise , Idaho, but also have a home on the banks of the Henry's Fork River in Island Park, Idaho, and manage to fish 75-100 days per year, with a couple of saltwater destination trips intermingled during the off season. Over the last ten years, the MO has been a fantastic alternative for us at opportunistic times when it is providing better dry fly fishing than in the Henry's Fork caldera.

Mountain and river view seclusion, adjacent to all of the activities along the whole river below Holter Dam. Centrally located in the middle of the flyfishing corridor of the river valley, this property is ideally situated for convenient angling access to all river sections. We bought this property on our fishing trip in September of 2016, when the weather was not suitable for dry flyfishing and we decided to "tire kick" for sale properties in the area. After viewing several river front options, we found this listing that had only been on the market for less than thirty days, but by far was superior to all other listings we had seen. After a personal tour by the owner, we realized the uniqueness of the property and bought it with a handshake. We had no intention of acquiring property on this day but realized it was a opportunity not to pass up. We are excited to share these with you. Enjoy!
