The arid climate is ideal for enjoying tranquil days at area spas, fun at one of Indio’s eclectic festivals and golf games at the stunning Golf Club at Terra Lago — a well-groomed course featuring mountain views and 36 challenging holes.

WiFi available for a nominal fee paid to the resort. Pool hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The Splash Pad is located near Building 8. Hours may vary based on season and weather.

Each unit will receive two free parking passes. Front desk is open 24 hours a day.

Minimum age to rent 21. The resort will require a $250 security deposit taken in the form of a credit card authorization. Your card will not be charged unless there are fees charged to the room or there is damage to your unit.
