Property listing stated square footage to be approximately 1,000 sf., that's a bit deceiving as the actual interior of the unit is at best approximately 520 sq feet. The balance of the square footage is the outside patio area that you see in the listing picture. Other negatives were the restrictions on when you can use the washer and dryer, hot water takes a long time to come through, parking only on the street.

Jeffrey and Shelley are wonderful hosts!

The location of this property couldn’t have been more convenient. It had everything we needed for a 2-week stay. Jeffrey and Shelley went out of their way to accommodate our requests. My partner needed a piece of plywood under the firm queen mattress to support his back, and they said no problem, we can do that. Also, they were agreeable and responsive to our request for help with the thermostat. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable, thanks to them.

We fell in love with the desert while visiting friends and love our retirement here. We are outside a lot, biking, swimming, hiking, walking, visiting parks, art galleries, markets or taking photos.

Why they chose this property

After 20 years of visiting, we knew this neighborhood was for us. There's a mix of families, retired, and visitors nearby as well as walking access to the well known El Paseo, community services and hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

We love this location! You have direct access to the apartment from the street, the large private front patio that goes with the apartment is sunny and has full mountain views. Neighbors are friendly and it's a very quiet neighborhood!
