We would easily stay here again. The unit was as advertised, and we found it to be quite nice. The resort’s amenities were also quite nice. While the temperatures in January were in the 60s, the temperature of the swimming pools was very nice, and provided us with relaxation and refreshment.

Staff at checkin were great. Room and the view were perfect. The only thing i would say is the toilets are too low to the ground and they should use better toilet paper. Pool and the amenities were very good.

The condo was clean and well appointed. The grounds of the resort are lovely; the pools & spas clean and inviting. The resort staff attentive and efficient. Christian was kind and respectful. He did a wonderful job communicating with us, setting up our reservation & making the check-in process simple. The owner kindly reached out to us; she invited us to contact her if we had any problems. This was all around a great experience.

WorldMark Indio Always Great

WorldMark Indio is always a great place to stay in the Palm Springs area. This was our 4th time at the resort and everything was perfect. Very convenient to Joshua Tree and everything in the valley. Beautiful pools and outdoor spaces. Only downfalls are no restaurants or bars on the property, and beware timeshare sales people

The property was beautiful as always. Have stayed there multiple times. The VRBO experience was disappointing. I don’t believe that any effort was put into my request for a ground floor condo. I booked a one bedroom, declined the offer for a 2 bedroom and was still placed in a two bedroom. The receipts do not match the charges. The experience was quite frustrating.

The resort itself was beautiful. The issue was we had to go with another host at the same property. I booked this one bedroom with Christian May 20, 2025 for a stay at the end of April 2026 for stagecoach. I even confirmed again 10 day before our reservation that they were ready for us. And then the cancelled 7 days out. Said an issue with the unit owner being unresponsive. So had my money for almost one year and then we had to find a new booking on our own. Totally unacceptable.
