Welcome to your home away from home! This house is designed with your comfort in mind. In the peaceful, quiet neighborhood of Bellair, you’ll find a cozy space with so much to do!

Feel free to enjoy the outdoor spaces, whether it’s sipping coffee on the back patio under the umbrella or grilling in the private back yard.

In the peaceful, quiet neighborhood of Bellair, you’ll find a cozy living room for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, & inviting bedrooms to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, & pantry items are provided for your convenience.

This is a rental you don't want to pass up!

Located just 3 short miles off I-17 and the 101. We are very centrally located and close to just about anything going on in AZ!

Enjoy the resort style amenities included in your stay. There are 4 pools to choose from (including an adult only one) (Closed Oct 30 - Memorial Day), Pickleball, tennis courts, 5 parks, playgrounds, & firepit. The popular Bellaire golf course & driving range are 1 blk away. Located at the golf course you will find "The Patio" for excellent food and drink!

If the resort style amenities don't keep you busy enough, there are 26 Golf courses within 10mi. We are Close to State Farm Stadium, West Gate, Talking Stick Casino, Desert Diamond Casino, Spring Training & more.

We are only 1 hr. and 45 min. from the beautiful Sedona, AZ (a must see)! A short 40 min. drive will get you to Scottsdale, AZ. We are minutes away from Phoenix and Flagstaff. Perfect for the weekend or extended stays. Only 20 min. from Statefarm Stadium!

This is a smoke, vape and pet free property. We do reserve the right to an additional $250 charge if there's any signs of smoking or pets on property.

Unfortunately, we don't allow parties or events at our house since we are in a community. Please refrain from having any parties or events.

We know sometimes flights or life doesn't align with our check-in and check-out times. For your convenience, we off early check-in or late check-out for an additional $50 fee.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a nice stay. There was a few hiccups. It happens. The owners were always very quick to respond and apologetic for any possible frustrations. The area is very nice and we felt safe. We didn't get to enjoy all the condo amenities as our stay was short. The unit was very clean and well organized. We appreciated the stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make simple meals. It even had sharp knives! Some of the other things we appreciated were ... lots of throw blankets, lamps for indirect lighting, comfy places to sit, king size beds, plush towels and TV's in both bedrooms. I can without hesitation recommend this place. Hopefully, my daughter will end up in the area and we can rent again!

In our free time, we enjoy spending time with our families, especially our three granddaughters, and going dancing. We love meeting new people from all over the world and hearing their stories.
