We offer high quality vacation homes and stellar service to our guests. 99% of our guests give us 5 star ratings! Everyone loves our condos and our beautiful community.

Brand new furniture, wonderful mattresses, comfy sheets, lots of pillows, soft towels, extra blankets, all the small appliances you'll ever need, simply GORGEOUS new flooring, new lighting, new walk-in showers, new glassware, bakeware, dishware and so much more! Free WiFi and Free wireless internet are provided for your use.

Amazing lake views from our patio! Open the patio door and enjoy the swans, ducks, geese, and turtles! You are just a few steps away from the lake, babbling brook, walking trail, fishing dock, and nature.

Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening.

We have new tennis/pickle ball courts (and we provide the tennis equipment in the condo!). A brand new hot tub was just completed in March!

Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

The view of the lake is outstanding. The large deck was lively in the morning for coffee and evening for sunset. The path around the lake is an excellent morning walking or running route. It is a quiet area with a pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts.Parking is free, close and convenient.

Great rental property! Millie, the host, was extremely responsive. Location was great with shopping and restaurants nearby. We loved taking walks around the lake and listening to the ducks. We pretty much had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Quiet and very relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

After leaving the corporate world, we began to renovate homes. For the past 12 years we focused our creativity in Michigan where we designed and built new homes as well as renovated older homes. After falling in love with the sunshine in Arizona, we bought our first condo which needed renovations. Thus began our journey of creating beautiful spaces for folks to enjoy the wonderful Phoenix weather!

Why they chose this property

We love this community! Most folks don't think of lakes when they think about Phoenix. Our lakefront condo has it all. A paved 1 mile long walking trail around the lake. Fishing, tennis, pickleball, pool, hot tub, are all available. This is a quiet, friendly, lovely, centrally located community. Right off the I17 but peaceful and serene! Everything you could possibly want within a few minutes away.

What makes this property unique

One of the unique benefits of this community is the HEATED POOL. Most pools are not heated in Phoenix. We are also have a brand new community hot tub!
