We had a great time at the townhouse in Mougins. It is conveniently located in the old village. The area is all pedestrian-only, with a number of good restaurants and artist galleries. Mougins is also well-located for exploring the broader area. The townhouse is very nice, but you need to understand that it is in an old building and is really vertical with tight staircases. It is not for those who have trouble with stairs. There is a bedroom and bath on the first level, but the other two bedrooms and a bath are on the third level. The kitchen and living room are on the second level. Stephan, the host was great. He met us at the parking lot below the village, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a full tour of the townhouse.
