This cozy home is in the heart of Sulphur just minutes from The Chickasaw National Recreational Area. Boasting three bedrooms, two full baths, a family friendly game room, a hot tub under a gazebo with a TV, and firepit with seating out back for a nice night under the stars. Your family will be close to the best outdoor attractions and shopping while you unwind and enjoy a getaway. There are propane and charcoal grill out back as well. Covered parking out front.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Hot tub Rules: 1. Place cover in holder. 2. Replace cover when not in hot tub and latch all 4 clips. 3. No Food or Drinks in Hot tub. 4. Clean out all Debris with tools provided
Gazebo Rules: 1. Make sure TV is closed with remote inside cover when not in use. 2. Clean out mini Fridge when you leave 3. Keep all trash in trash bins 4. Do not sit on cover of Hot Tub
