In the charming hamlet of Olzano, in Tignale, Billy is the perfect place to unwind and experience the authentic rhythm of village life. Surrounded by majestic mountains and offering partial views of Lake Garda – just 7 km away – this apartment is a cozy hideaway where comfort and nature meet.

Located on the first floor, this 60 m² apartment is furnished in a modern, tasteful style and offers everything you need for a relaxed and carefree stay. It can accommodate 2 to 4 guests and includes a bright living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, a quiet double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with shower. Amenities include Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, German-style coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, heating, and air conditioning (available at an extra cost). A private garage is located just 20 meters away.

The location is ideal for exploring on foot. Just 700 meters away lies the village center of Gardola, where you'll find restaurants, pizzerias, shops and the warm atmosphere of traditional Italian life. On sunny summer afternoons, guests can enjoy free access to the swimming pool of a nearby residence, only 300 meters from the apartment.
