Tyler was very easy to work with on our reservations. His instructions were very clear. The property was convenient to the Garden City Pier. The bed slept good. The downside was the furniture was VERY worn and not comfortable at all. That made it uncomfortable when we were in for the night. There was actually a cover over the couch and no support.

Unit was just purchased this year in the middle of busy summer season, we haven’t had the chance to update anything yet but plan to evaluate and do so this offseason. The cover is also there to mitigate any stains or spills should they happen.
