A group of ten women rented this unit, as well as the four-bedroom unit upstairs. Although we had some issues with the four-bedroom, this particular unit was fine, outside of some wobbly faucets and old towels/washcloths. Communications with the property manager were great. The view is priceless, with rocking chairs on the shared porch space.

Really like this place. Cozy and dog friendly. There are a couple of issues with the property that need addressed: the blinds in the main room don’t work (we covered the window with a sheet at night) and the fan in the ocean side bedroom is noisy. This makes it impossible to use especially at night. If these two issues were fixed, the place would be perfect.

Great Place on Gardin City Beach

This was a great little spot directly on the beach. It was pet friendly. There was a grassy area in the backyard that was great for the dogs. Living quarters were spacious and clean. We loved the deck and rocking chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our AM and PM drinks while enjoying the ocean. If there was any advice to make this better it would be to have dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, Clorox wipes, and paper towels. We had to run to the store to get those items. But overall we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely come back!!

Amazing location - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The property was situated in a great spot, close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Will book again.

Quaint and comfy

Nice apartment style housing. Beautiful beach view with easy access to beach. Wish blinds worked better but seemed trivial once we adapted. Loved the vanity and sink in each bedroom; so convenient. Our small dog felt safe when we had to leave her. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

Myself, my husband and our little pup enjoyed our stay! Everything was awesome. We hated to leave! Everyone was extra friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and porch overlooking the ocean was spectacular! We will definitely book again! Thank you to everyone! Pat we look forward to seeing you again!

October Treat

What a wonderful stay. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. The porch overlooked the ocean. What more could you ask for? Gliders and rocking chairs? They were on the porch. I have often said that staying at the Muth House is like visiting a family home. It is not the most stylish, but it embraces you like a worn soft quilt- nothing could be better. The perfect place to wind down and relax.

Getaway at Beach

We had a wonderful time. Our dog Zida enjoyed it as much as we did. Helpful hints: telling visitors where washer/dryer are located; grab bar at bath tub for older folks; for your own pocket, change out filters on air conditioning. (My husband changed it because it was completely clogged.) He also worked on back storm door as wind was blowing it open. Other than that it is a great place!!

Great place to stay on the beach. Conveniently located to everything. Beautiful ocean view, extremely quiet, the elevator is a big plus when arriving and leaving. property manager responds quickly if needed. property has everything you need. great place to stay for a week.

The unit needed more thorough cleaning. Mattress pad on front bedroom had animal scent (Dog). Recommend washing the pads at the same time as sheets. We love the unit and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

very relaxing, excellent beach accommodating, very nice people we shared with.

Our overall stay was excellent. This was the first time that we rented a shared stay We've always rented a house. But our stay was great,, no problems of any kind, even though i thought there might be. Thinking about renting again next year if our date is open. Thank you for allowing us this experience. Close, Cozy, and Cute

Overall we had a good experience here. The condo is very cute and the location you can’t beat. My only issue was that the upstairs unit was incredibly loud due to it not having carpeting and it being the 4br unit. Something to be prepared for id say. Space could be updated a little like in the kitchen and bathroom but overall well stocked. Also recommend unit numbers, I had to sort of guess which door was for our unit when I got there.

Wonderful stay at the Muth property!

We absolutely loved the Muth house! Everything was exceptionally clean and we had quick responses with a few questions that we had upon arrival. It was so nice to just walk out the door directly to the beach! The 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband, daughter, myself and our 2 tiny pups! We will be back!

Twice the beds & Twice the space

Rented the one-bedroom last year and reserved the two-bedroom before leaving (the one-bedroom was already reserved!). So happy with the amount of space in this unit. Each bedroom has its own wall-length vanity and sink. I was able to spread out all my makeup, hair styling aids, perfume, etc., and hubby had room for all his too. Two grills are under the house and have full propane tanks. We bought fresh seafood and enjoyed a nice breeze each evening while cooking outside. The deck outside has comfortable chairs for sitting, reading, and watching the beach. The AC is strong and along with the ceiling fans, the unit stays very cool. We rented beach chairs w/ umbrella and they were set up by 7:00am (picked up by 4:00). Such a treat to just walk down and enjoy! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place to stay with small dogs

Great location and wonderful place, surprisingly quiet. Great yard for our small dog. Used Rover.com to find Amanda to spend a few evenings with him while we went out to dinner. Amanda was great. And our neighbors said they didn't hear our dog at all, so he wasn't a bother.
