Le Bûcher Cottage – Renovated Barn with Terrace and Enclosed Courtyard in Périgord

Welcome to our renovated 100 m² former barn, ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends

On the ground floor, enjoy a bright and welcoming 50 m² living area, open to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen

Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a mezzanine with an extra bed for a 5th person

For small children, a baby bed and appropriate equipment (high chair, changing table, toys, board games) are provided free of charge

The house is surrounded by a fenced and secure courtyard, perfect for letting children play safely

You can also enjoy a large shaded terrace with a barbecue and stunning views of the surrounding nature

Two bicycles (for teenagers/adults) are available if you wish to explore the area at your own pace

The house is located at the entrance of a charming flowered village with a bakery/grocery store and a children’s playground

Nearby supermarkets: La Coquille (8 km) or Thiviers (10 km)

Many activities are available in the area: hiking, swimming, fishing, cycling

For excursions, you can visit Périgueux, Limoges (50 km), the prehistoric caves of Villars (15 km), the castle of Jumilhac (15 km), or Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord" (25 km), Sarlat and Bergerac (70 km)

To ensure the quality of your stay and the preservation of our home, we kindly ask all guests to leave the house as they found it

A check-out inspection is mandatory and your presence is required

In case of damage or an unclean house, the deposit will be partially or fully withheld
