The modern, newly built “Marlen” villa, with its own access to the promenade, is located in a prime beachfront location between the imperial spa towns of Bansin and Heringsdorf. A parking space is available on the property, and you can easily store your bicycles in the building’s secure bike storage room. An elevator takes you comfortably from the first floor to your desired floor. Additionally, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee. Towel sets, travel cribs, and high chairs are available for rent for a fee. The visitor’s tax applicable in the imperial spa towns must be paid in cash on site upon arrival.

Apartment 6:

This high-quality, fully furnished 3-room vacation apartment (65 m²) is located on the first floor of Villa Marlen. The spacious living room, featuring an open, fully equipped kitchenette, a large dining table, and a cozy couch, leaves nothing to be desired. The large balcony is accessible from the living room. Two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180x200) and a large closet, offer enough space for up to 4 people. One of the two bedrooms has its own balcony. Among other amenities, this vacation rental features a shower room and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.
The parking space is located on the gated property and is assigned to the apartment.
A bicycle storage room and a laundry room are available (coin-operated washer and dryer).
