The space
There is bed space for 20 people. 6 bedrooms, 3 have Cal king beds, one bunk room that sleep 5 plus an office with a workspace and comfy queen bed with a new 10" mattress on it that serves as a 6th bedroom. The game/media room which will be a sure hit with youngsters has a queen sofa bed twin bunk beds and two roll-away twin beds. Every bed has a comfy mattress topper. You will sleep soundly here - up to 20 maximum. The Xfinity WIFI is very fast and accommodates multiple users. The main level with no stairs is 3300 Square feet 5 bedrooms , kitchen, 3 full baths and family/dining rooms. Very easy for the elderly to navigate. The large downstairs space hosts the game room with a Foosball, sound system and TV plus a full bathroom and a private bedroom. The radiant heated floors makes the house very warm and cozy in the winter and is much healthier and greener than central heat blowing air. Two on demand water heaters means you never run out of hot water. 4 large flat screen TVs throughout the house. Sitting on the 1100 square foot back deck looking out into the forest with no neighbors in site is truly magical and so peaceful. Plenty of parking and you can use the large 3 car garage and the lawn chairs, umbrella, basketball hoop, Corn hole, snow sleds and other toys within it. Please note for winter bookings AWD or 4WD vehicles are required to access the property.

Guest access
Long private driveway creates a peaceful retreat away from the street and other neighbors. Plenty of parking between the 3 car garage and large parking pad for up to 6-7 cars total. Be sure you arrive in a AWD/4WD vehicle in the winter to negotiate the often snowy/slippery conditions. Winter conditions can reduce the total number of parking spaces at times.

During the winter November - March or April to access the driveway which is long and steep an AWD or 4WD vehicle is required. 2 wheel drive cars even with snow cables are not recommended if it has snowed recently or there is snow in the forecast.
