The layout of this house is wonderful - we're a family with three small kids and it worked perfectly for us! The kitchen had everything we need (except ice/filtered water -- they were both so slow they weren't really useable from the fridge) and everything was comfortable and clean. Dream vacation

This was an absolute dream vacation! The house was beautiful, clean and housed our family perfectly. It had everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a great added bonus. We hope to come back soon!

Loved our week in Neolinda with its beautiful decor and layout which is open and inviting. Pool was warm, surfboard shower a great place to clean off and several outdoor areas to relax. Street was quiet with easy access to the beach and to the ships in Holmes beach. We plan to rent again.

Exactly as pictured.

We had a lovely stay at Neolinda. Just a 2 min golf cart ride away from the beach and just a bit longer to all the shops and restaurants on Pine. The home, pool, and property was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4.

Wonderful!!

We rented both units!! It was a great house!! We loved the location to the beach. The house has plenty of room to spread out!! There are a couple beach umbrellas and tons of noodles, floats and beach toys!!
