42 night minimum. Discover Florida paradise with a private Ground floor apartment (upstairs unoccupied) with a saltwater pool and direct waterfront access to the Anclote River- with two complimentary Paddle boards, adventure out to the many sandy islands or watch wildlife from the dock.
Weekly dolphin sightings! *We rent out our boat lift for an additional fee (8'5" beam or less)*
The space: Two queen size beds. Fully stocked kitchen with Microwave, hot plate, oversized air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, combo ping pong/ pool table, outdoor mini golf, electric fireplace, two TVs (bedroom, living room). Access to washer and dryer upstairs (monitored with camera).
