Waterfront Paradise with heated pool and access to the Gulf of America

Fishing, boating, and swimming right in your backyard. Watch the dolphins.......5 minutes by kayak (included) to the bayou and 15 minutes to the pristine Gulf of America with no end to the fishing possibilities. Nearby are boat rentals, deep-sea fishing cruises, and kayaks for unlimited fun and entertainment.
This well appointed property includes its own canal to paradise including a private dock but if you plan to use your own boat you will need more waterway information so please don’t hesitate to request it. Also included is an in-ground heated pool which is heated free of charge thru the months of April to October. (Note! if pool heat is desired through the winter months an additional fee will be charged to cover adequate propane pool heat expense). Also included is a screened enclosed lanai and gas grill ( gas supplied)for cooking out, outdoor dining, seating, bar, 3 bedrooms ( 2 king beds, and 1 queen), 2 full baths ( newly renovated throughout) and sleeps 6. All bedrooms enjoy private tvs. Two king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom,living room, family room with big TV, 2 car garage, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, an inflatable boat for 4, double kayak, 2 fishing rods and so much more. Our home is 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks, 30 minutes to Clearwater, 40 minutes to Tampa International Airport, and minutes to
9 nearby BEACHES and 9 STATE PARKS. This area is referred to as “THE NATURE COAST” because if it’s unlimited wildlife. In addition, we have great shopping,
many attractions and
over 169 restaurants
of every type for
every taste and more. Paradise awaits you.

We were amazed with the cleanliness of this property, and the convenience of all the extra amenities was a very nice surprise! The hosts were wonderful and made us feel so welcome in this beautiful home that also had a fantastic layout. They did a great job on the renovation! We enjoyed the clean pool that felt amazing everyday, the view of the sunrise/set over the canal, fishing from the dock, the comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed and more. Local stores and restaurants were great, and access to so many nearby parks was a treat. Would love to visit the property again!

Great place to spend a few days or a few weeks! So much to do in the area, beaches, golf, n attractions kept us busy! Pool was a great plus. Would definitely go back again.

The perfect holiday getaway

I stayed here with my boys for Thanksgiving weekend and hosted my parents for dinner. The location was perfect and the house wonderfully decorated for the festive season. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. There were games for my two boys and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature.

The home and property was perfect. The pool was heated as advertised, house had all the necessities and the kayak was fun. The owners were close by and helpful. They take excellent care of the property.

Great for busy vacationers

My adult family of 3 agree this was a great place as a “hub” between activities. Nice home away from home with each of us having our own room and space to spread out. Car garage was a bonus!!! Enjoyed modern kitchen, info/ To Do book on counter was super helpful. Finally liked pool and entertain space outside.

Review the email from the owners about the current property manager as VRBO cannot seem to be able to update their app info. I would stay at this house again!!!

This house was really ideal for our family

The owners went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and catered to some of our unusual needs. We called them to let them know that the pool wasn’t as warm as it should’ve been and they were on it so quick and fixed it immediately. We would rent again for sure.

Spectacular

Great host! Very easy to communicate with. The house has two living rooms which is great for when the kids want to watch a movie and the grownups want to watch football. The heated pool was covered and ready upon our arrival to ensure it was very warm as the hosts knew how much that meant to us on this late December trip. Definitely recommend!!!!

Comfortable house, lovely pool!

This house was very comfortable and spacious for my husband, me, our son & his buddy! The pool was fantastic, clean, and the perfect temperature! We loved grilling on the gas grill & hanging out on the linai. Plenty of stores and activities within an hour of the house. The home owners were fabulous and easy to reach if needed. They even popped over to clean up the yard after a big storm! Thank you again Linda & Kenny!

Lovely home, NOT a hotel-like vacation!

Some places we’ve stayed were sparsely furnished and we needed to go to the store just for essentials. Not here! It felt like a home away from home! My granddaughter loved it, and this was her “summer vacation”. The pool was clean and felt great in this summer heat. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. We had everything we needed and cooked all our meals there. Great communication and quick responses with the owners and the manager. Highly recommended!

House was newly remodeled and looked fantastic. Layout was perfect for our crew and the 3 bedrooms setup perfectly met our needs. Good cold A/C. Pool and back covered patio was really refreshing on the hot afternoons to come back and cool off in the shade and pool and relax. Street is nice & quiet. We brought our own boat and launched nearby and then kept it tied up at the dock at the house and it was so nice to go right out and use the boat from the house. I recommend bringing boat fenders as it's a floating dock to tie up on 1 side so that'll keep the boat from scrubbing on the dock. Definitely need to pay attention to the tides as low tide is pretty shallow with some rocks on the edges in spots getting in/out through the channel. But we knew that when renting and the channel was marked with poles better than expected and we had no issues. Close & convenient to get to scallop grounds and to/from Nicks Park boat ramp. Kenny was great and took time to give us information about the boat channel which was very helpful. Kitchen had great amenities. Nice to be able to park cars in the garage and with washer/dryer to dry towels during our beach/pool days. Very close to ice and any sort of shopping/food, hardware stores, etc so you can easily get anything you need or forget from home. Very highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay again in the future as the house, the owners, and the overall visit exceeded all our expectations.

Fabulous!!!

We had a fabulous time at this house! It was so spacious and the pool was wonderful. The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time out there eating supper right off the grill. The kitchen was great and it was nice having filtered water through the fridge (and not having to buy it). Also, having the high speed internet made working by the pool a bonus! And the cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc... so many extras. It was hard to leave to go home!

Great accomodations!

We were so pleased with this vacation home. The house, pool, and grounds were very clean and well-maintained. The owners are so thoughtful with the amenities and conveniences, including coffee, creamer, basic cooking supplies, pool towels, and even some beach supplies. We were able to cook at the house nearly every night with the conveniences of home. We walked the cute neighborhood each evening with the kids and even took them out for a kayak ride on the canal with the kayak at the house. It is only an hour drive to Clearwater beach and located close to great restaurants and shopping making it easy to enjoy the area without traveling too far. I would definitely recommend this house for a family looking for a quiet get-away with all of the comforts of home!

First Florida vacation

Everything you would want. Large, spotless home. Pool, floaties, dock, kayak, fishing, garage….the list goes on and on…. Being first timers, we had several questions and Ed, Cindie, Linda and Kenny responded in minutes. Not only letting us know the important stuff like, Are there reusable beach bags? Which there are! To, Where should we go for fun? And the suggestions made for a trip our family won’t soon forget! We will definitely be back!
