SEASONAL EVENTS & GROUP GETAWAYS

Stay one block from the beach and boardwalk for Wine on the Beach, boardwalk races, fall and Halloween events, holiday weekends, and Seaside’s annual winter Polar Bear Plunge. The condo is also convenient to events in Toms River, Lavallette, Point Pleasant, and the surrounding Jersey Shore. Event schedules may change, so please confirm dates with the official organizer before booking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Four beach passes are provided on loan and must be returned at checkout. Children age 11 and under do not require badges for Seaside Heights beach. There is no private backyard; guests may enjoy the large patio immediately outside the front door, including a double swing. Parties are not permitted, and only registered guests may stay overnight.
