Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location with everything you could desire for the beach. Owner was wonderful with communication and the check in process. Would strongly recommend.

Very spacious and clean townhouse that accommodated our 3 families perfectly. Short walk to the boardwalk/beach and everything you would need.

Quiet place close to the beach

Overall very happy with this place. Short walk to the beach, garage access made it easy to leave our beach stuff each day. Large kitchen also a nice touch

July 4th weekend

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The place was very spacious and convenient to the beach. The garage was able to accommodate two SUV’s and a parking pass was provided which was great since there were three families staying there. We would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Great place walking distance to the boardwalk

Lovely and large home in a great locale. Loved all the chairs and beach items to use!! We flew in from other states so beach towels would’ve been helpful but I understand that’s not the norm to include them in rentals for the area. Overall a great stay!

Safe, Lovely House

House was great except we had 4 adult rooms but 2/4 were really nice suites with master bathrooms & the other 2 weren’t as nice so the equity of choosing rooms was challenging although we worked it out and all was fine. We had a whole family game of hide and seek! What a great house for it. We had a great stay and would return!

Birthday trip

Took my daughter and her friends to Seaside for her Sweet 16. Girls had a blast. House was very spacious and had a fun layout. Great location near Boardwalk and the beach. Everything was pretty much provided. No complaints, owner very responsive to any questions. Definitely would come back and rent again!

Great stay in Seaside Heights

The place was clean, spacious, nicely furnished/decorated, and conveniently located within walking distance of all major Seaside Heights attractions. The host Peter was very responsive and helped me quickly solve a minor issue with the garage door.

Seaside Heights Family Vacation

Peter was available during our stay and responded promptly to all our questions and needs. The property was setup perfectly for our two family, a total of 9 people. The online pictures don't do enough to show off the property space and great layout. The walk to the beach and access to all the area attractions was great for the kids.

Family Vacation

We had a great week. Close to the beach for the family (6 adults and 2 children) and close to Heavy Reel Brewery for me. A few days of rain didn’t matter in the spacious living areas of the condo. Peter answered went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to make for an enjoyable stay.

Excellent time in Seaside

The property was incredible. Plenty of room for everyone with plenty of bedrooms for each guest. The location was awesome. We had 3 cars with plenty of parking (2 cars in garage and 1 car with the parking pass that comes with the property). Pete was super easy to communicate with about everything. We will definitely be back to this property. Thanks Pete!!

Beautiful Family Retreat - June 2023

We were visiting for a dance competition with 2 other dance families. The layout was great for multiple families with bedrooms on different levels. All of the beds were comfortable and the couch too! Kitchen was well stocked (there were even spices and condiments and coffee there tot use) There were many chairs and bikes available for use and the beach and boardwalk are only about 1 1/2 blocks away so it's in a great location also. We had a great week and would stay here again if back in the area. Peter was easy to communicate before and during our stay.

Family time in Seaside

We had the best time at Peter’s property, once we opened the garage we knew we had the best house! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, bikes for the kids, and umbrellas. Inside the house was clean, very well distributed and decorated, we each had our own space and plenty of room to hang out together in the main level, the kitchen had all the necessary tools as well. Thank you Peter!

Awesome rental unit !

This unit has it all ! Four bedrooms ,all with bathrooms! The lovely bedrooms are on multiple levels which adds privacy as well. Balconies everywhere ! Large living room with a large TV. It's a short walk to the beach and a restaurant across the street! The kitchen is large with a lot of cabinets to store food etc. The kitchen is well equipped with mostly everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, bikes, a beach umbrella, crab traps, fishing poles,5 beach passes, and one parking pass. Pete and Ali are very responsive which makes it all the better! We would definitely return here again!

We had a great stay in Seaside Heights! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location—just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk. It was also super helpful to have all the beach gear available in the garage.That said, there were a few things that took away from the relaxation. Every morning, a lady—who seemed to be a permanent resident—would have loud conversations across the balcony with another neighbor. These conversations went on for over an hour and made it hard to enjoy a peaceful coffee outside. We had to close the porch doors most mornings.There were also some odd noises in the home—the refrigerator had a constant whistling sound throughout the day, and every time you flushed the toilets, it sounded like a tornado was about to hit.Lastly, there was confusion with check-out. The VRBO listing and even my confirmation email both said check-out was at 1:30 PM. But on the morning of our departure, the host texted saying we had to be out by 11 AM. When I brought up the 1:30 PM time listed on VRBO, he said another guest had also mentioned that and he would look into it. I asked if we could check out at 12 noon since we now had to rush, and he agreed—but we ended up leaving by 11:30 just to be safe.Overall, it's a lovely house in a great spot, but there are definitely some things to be aware of.

3 night stay

The place worked well as it had three levels. We had three different family units. We were able to fit two small SUV's in the garage and a large pick up truck on the street with the permit. The hose in the garage helped to get sand off of us before entering. We wanted to grill, but no grill-Condo rules didn't allow it. The beach was a 10 minute walk. It was nice to have 5 beach badges as part of the deal. two of us had to buy them. Kids under 12 were free. Overall it was a nice place..

Great for families

We had an amazing time at the Jersey Shore. Pete’s place is really nice and has tons of room. The short walk to the boardwalk is nice. So much to do. The beach was clean and had amazing waves. If you are a Jersey Shore fan, you will be very close to the Shore Store!! Danny was working every evening, and we got to tour the house. So much fun! The one inconvenience was the lack of towels. None of the bathrooms had hand towels, so if you washed your hands you had nothing to dry them with. The kitchen had zero towels or wash cloths. It made wiping counters and drying dishes impossible. Each person got one towel and one wash cloth for showering. So, if you stay, you might want to bring towels. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place will go again

We stayed at this property for a girls trip. The property has a great location. The garage parking is great as well. The amount of space, rooms, bathroom and balconies were more than perfect for our group of 7. We are looking to go back next year. Peter was easy to contact and made the check in process a breeze. We highly recommend this property.

Four nights in Seaside Heights at luxe Condo

This condo was perfectly laid out for a three-generation stay: grandparents on level 1, 1 set of adult children w spouse/partner on level 2, kitchen/dining/screen-free relaxing on level 3, biig screen (and big fish-- see walls) relaxing living room on level 4, and adult children with their children on level 5, with tower/circular bedroom, kids room, own shared bathroom w tub, and well-placed washer/dryer. Also with shared highest balcony, and three more furnished balconies below. Everything spic and span, in working order, and top-shelf furnished and equipped. From the minute we pulled into the garage, with the neatly hung racks of beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and even helmets, we felt good about our choice. There was even olive oil in the pantry, along with quite a few non-perishable groceries... but I'm sure that's the luck of whoever came before you.

Beautiful condo! The place was super clean and had everything you could need. Peter is a great host and was quick to answer all questions we had. He even told us all the good bars and restaurants to check out. Highly recommend booking with him. We will definitely be back next year!

Jersey Shore Vaca 2022

Our adult children and grandchildren came from Florida to surprise GIGI for her 80th birthday!! The property fit 3 families perfectly! Stairs were a challenge with the little one but there were 2 baby gates in the closet upstairs which helped! We watched the wizard of Oz together as my grandson turned the glass hourglass! I told him oh no the witch is coming so they never touched it again!!

Great space

Property was great the layout gave our family room to gather as well as do their own thing with the different living space levels. Peter was great and accommodating.
