The house was clean and had a good kitchen. The pots and pans were new. There were sharp knives - a rare find. I really liked that when we got to the house the icemaker was turned on. Another plus, the TP was not thin, scratchy and cheap. All the appliances were new and worked well. It was easy to use the code on the door to get in. HVAC was good. We had both hot and cold days during our stay. We were traveling on business to the High Point furniture market. Lexington is about a 25-minute drive away. That was the only drawback for us. House is located close to highway 29. On the other side of Hwy 29 there is a BBQ restaurant close by and a small shipping center with a grocery store, fast food and other shops. Even though the neighborhood is close to commercial and industrial it was quiet and we felt safe.
