Welcome to Garry Oak Meadows! A cozy one bedroom suite with space to play & relax.
A 10 min walk to the trails at Mt Doug, 5 min to the Lochside trail, walking distance to Root Cellar & Galey Farms, 5 min drive to UVIC, & surrounded by playgrounds and parks, is the perfect spot to unwind.

Driveway parking for one car. TV, wifi, coffee machine, queen bed, 2 burner stove top, microwave, and all cooking essentials.

Kid items available upon request (toys, pack n play, high chair etc).

THE PROPERTY
The suite is a secondary space attached to our home. It is separated from our living space by two locked doors so noise shouldn’t be an issue however you may hear us in the morning if using the washroom.

We live on a quiet panhandle lot that is just under an acre.

Feel free to roam the yard while having your morning coffee!
