Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. Keypad entry details and WiFi information are shared before arrival. Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors only. Responsible events are welcome as long as the 8-guest limit, the property, and the neighborhood are respected. The driveway can accommodate approximately 6–8 vehicles depending on size. The property does not have an electric vehicle charger.
