Fully renovated 4-bedroom house located on a quiet street in Silver Bluff neighborhood.

Location, location, location!

- Great Location! 8 minutes from Brickell, 4 minutes from Coconut Grove, 7 minutes from Coral Gables, 12 minutes from AA Arena, and 30 minutes from Miami Beach.
- Walking distance from Coral Way, street with a great variety of restaurants.

Main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, as well as an open-plan modern kitchen great for family meals. Attached to the house is an additional bedroom, allowing for a larger party to stay. Please note that the 3.5 baths are in the main house.

For those with youngsters in the group, kids can also enjoy a cozy back yard!

House was clean, host was very responsive. Would stay here again. Only thing is to clean the dryer vent so the dryer dries better but host was made aware and was looking to fix it. Overall good house and had a good stay.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home in this quiet area of Coral Gables. There are plenty of parking, home is well furnished, clean and comfortable. We liked the open concept kitchen and the open area on the ground level. It is worth mentioning there are a couple of minor maintenance issues, uneven floor tiles in the master bedroom which could be a possible hazard for an elderly person, there was also a loose floor tile in the living room which should be fixed. Overall, this is a beautiful home, we loved the updated kitchen and the extra bathrooms. Would we stay here again in the future? Absolutely.

The rooms were ample and nicely furnished. The house was very clean and bright. The kitchen was well appointed. There were issues with lighting that need to be addressed. (Flickering lights, bulbs out or missing, etc. I contacted the owner but nothing was done during our 8 day stay.) The dryer was broken as well.

Awesome stay in Coral Gables area

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is easily reached within 20 minutes of MIA airport. We stayed there with our extended family and friends ranging from 6 months to 60 years old. Place was very clean, well maintained and outfitted. We used the pack-n-play that was available and all 4 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms were large and clean. Kitchen was also large and had everything we needed. Back yard Casita worked out perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful house

We stayed at this beautiful house for our son’s college graduation. The location was close to UM campus. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It had space for 8 of us to visit and be comfortable. The only thing that was unexpected is that the freestanding bedroom in the backyard did not have it’s own bathroom so the people staying in that bedroom had to come into the house to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and also had to share a shower.

Serene and relaxing

This stay was my first VRBO experience, so I was a little anxious, but it blew me away! The home was exactly as described in the listing - even more gorgeous than I expected. The area is quiet, the neighbors are quiet, and the home is so serene and relaxing. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby, too, in case you need anything. You can sit out back on the porch in the breeze with coffee in the morning, and the yard is so lovely. The outside and the inside of the house is beautiful. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are spotless and have shampoo, soap, body wash, hand soap available. The host provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets as well as dish soap and a sponge. And, there was enough toilet paper and paper towel for our whole stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for your next Miami vacation!

Beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at casita bonita. The home was clean, well appointed, and in an excellent part of Miami. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will return!!!

Amazing Miami Oasis

Johanna's property was absolutely lovely. Everything about the property was exactly as described, and the pictures don't even the house the justice it deserves! The rooms are spacious, the back garden is quiet and secluded, and the neighborhood is a short drive from anywhere you want to be across Miami. There is plenty of common space to enjoy a meal with friends or family, the kitchen was well stocked, and the space is bright and airy all day long. Johanna was also an absolutely wonderful host. She was responsive and accommodating, and always available to help answer any questions our group had. We would absolutely book this house again if ever back in Miami! Thank you again, Johanna!
