This hidden gem also offers a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath efficiency unit (with private entrance ) for a total of 5br 3ba. Providing 100% privacy and security, you are completely surrounded by 6ft privacy fencing and remote entrance gates.

Although it may not be a luxury Miami mansion, our beautifully renovated home is where modern practicality meets cozy comfort and value. Every room exudes simple charm, boasting new appliances, beds and furnishings. With four bedrooms, and 1/1 efficiency unit, there’s plenty of space for 10+ guests to sleep soundly. Ensuring everyone can unwind and recharge for each exciting day ahead.

If you want to have a small wedding party / event you must pay an event fee of 500.00 or book on peerspace at ( https://peerspace.app.link/ISQrKcyyEXb ) A event is any gathering of more than 12 extra people, in addition to those that are staying overnight at the house. MAXIMUM is 30 people total, including overnight guests and visitors. So if you have a group of 10 sleeping over, and you invite 12 more people to come over for BBQ, that is an event. If the BBQ is only for the people sleeping there overnight, that is not an event. Each event is approved on an individual basis. All events must have prior approval in text correspondence from property manager to notify neighbors, because this is a residential area.

NOTE: Please list your correct guest number on your booking reservation. It's better to be safe than sorry, because if the cleaning company charge us more for extra guests, we pass that charge on to you and it will be much more.

They only send cleaners based on the guest number. So if it says 1 guest, they will only send 1 cleaner. If that 1 cleaner arrives and it's 10 beds, 10 towels and dirty dishes that need cleaning, they must send more cleaners. That throws off their cleaning schedule and cost them more to move cleaners around. They get very upset and will charge us 100.00 per extra bed.


However, if the reservation says 10 from the start, they have no problem. They will send the cleaners necessary to do the job quickly so they can move to the next cleaning.

Also, if we try to dispute the number of guests we had staying for a reservation, they will just ask us to show them the exterior cameras and they will see how many people stayed. So list the correct number please to avoid problems.
