The house was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area was spacious with woods backing up to it for plenty of space for the kids to play. Great hot tub and outdoor tv which could be viewed from fire pit or hot tub. On the smaller side inside with more limited seating but fit our family of 4 well. In a great quiet area with community amenities.
