With two bedrooms featuring a king size bed and a double queen bunk bed, plus a living room with a comfy sofa bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Washer and dryer, along with a relaxing back porch with a grill to relax in the evening or start your morning over coffee and located next door to the pool and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this awesome spot offers a wonderful blend of comfort and charm. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start a load of laundry (detergent pods) located under the kitchen sink. Lay additional linens outside laundry closet. Please start dishwasher (detergent pods) located under the kitchen sink.
Please turn thermostat to 78 in summer and 58 in the winter. Please lock exterior doors (Deadbolt ONLY) Do not lock door handles. Return keys to the house and pool. $250 fee for unreturned pool keys.
