Das Haus ist gut, modern, praktisch und familienfreundlich ausgestattet, die Nähe zu Flugplatz und Schienenstrecke nicht belastend. Das Haus bietet 6 Erwachsenen in drei Doppelzimmern gut Platz. Kleinstkinder müssen, bezogen auf ihren Drang Treppen hoch und runter zu krabbeln, sehr gut beaufsichtigt werden.
