This 11th floor unit directly faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views, providing panoramic views to the north and south, as well as western ocean and sunset views. The owners visit the Condo several times during the year to update and maintain the unit, making certain everything you need for a perfect vacation is available. Our tropical decor will exceed your expectations for a vacation getaway. From the balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the dolphins, or have a nice dinner backlit by the beautiful sunset. References available from our numerous return rental 'families'. Picture yourself here - you deserve this!

Two full bathrooms, remodeled with designer tile and large shower areas. Full-size front-loading washer and dryer in unit. Three TV's, DVD player, VCR, and CD player. Wireless internet. Why Kevin & Cheri Ricky chose Florida South West

Prior to buying on Marco Island, we rented several times. When we decided to spend most of our vacations there, we decided to look at properties to purchase. We looked at various locations from the northern part of the state to Marco Island. After a three-year process, we realized Marco Island had the best year-around temperatures, white sandy beaches and shelling, and we could have a unit directly on the beach. When we visited the property and saw the dolphins, typically every day, we knew this location was our retirement goal. We love visiting and never tire of the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. If we need livelier entertainment, it's a short trip to Naples with many fun spots there.

What makes this condo unique

We love the ever-changing beautiful sunsets, watching the dolphins, the peaceful R&R, and seeing the ocean every morning when we rise and hearing it at night when we go to bed. The owners are particular about the condition of their unit and visit the property to update, freshen up and make necessary repairs regularly.

Great Beachfront Condo

We have been renting on Marco Island on and off for twenty years. We had never rented at Seawinds and we were lucky to come upon Kevin and Cheri's great condo. It is very well appointed. All of the appliances are modern and the kitchen has any type of bowl,utensil,appliance etc that you would ever need.

Another plus is the beach chairs,umbrellas ,towels,toys etc. Not every place we have stayed includes these things and it adds to the price when you have to rent them for the week. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and the cool night temperatures allowed us to sleep with the slider open. All of the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and seemed like they had all been updated recently

Having vacationed on Marco numerous times we chose this vacation to sit on the beach and relax. We have pretty much done all of the waverunner tours,kayak tours etc.on previous visits. Although our children did go parasailing and enjoyed that immensely.

We did leave one day and went to the Everglades which I would highly recommend.

As far as dining Kevin and Cheri include a detailed list of restaurants. We had dined at most of them but if we had not their recommendations were great if this were your first visit to Marco Island

Kevin and Cheri were very easy to work with. i would highly recommend their condo and plan on returning in the future

Sun filled days and beautiful evenings

We had such a wonderful family vacation and compliment you on the well kept and updated accommodations. This was our first time renting with you folks and we brought many necessities and supplies from home not knowing what to expect based on some of the other condos we have rented. Not the case here. The entire vacation was just that much better with your place because we never had to worry about a thing, the condo was stocked! Beach chairs and umbrellas, toys and wave boards, a full functioning kitchen space with modern appliances including a new washer and dryer. You provide a very comfortable living space and the privacy with the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths is perfect with a child or families with kids.

The sunrise walks and day long sunshine of Marco Island can’t be beat especially when it’s right downstairs from the condo. Spotting the dolphins and watching them swim from the balcony was truly unbelievable words cannot describe the site and feeling watching the sun set over the Gulf. My son and I brought our kayak and took full advantage of the warm water and beautiful weather. There’s a ton of great places to dine out in the area and activities and entertainment for every age.

Kudos for really making your place feel like home to us for the week. We’ve already booked with you again for next year and cannot wait!

Feels like home, but with a better view!

I have been renting Kevin and Cheri's gorgeous condo for many years. It is impeccably maintained and constantly updated. They have thought of everything to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible and are a pleasure to work with. I love coming here because I know I will never be disappointed and always have a wonderful time. The beach is spectacular and the building has a lovely pool. If you are after sun and sand, this unit is hard to beat!

Wonderful Experience!

This was our first trip to Marco Island, and we absolutely had a great overall experience. Condo was very nice, and you cannot beat those condo views. We very much enjoyed Cheri and Kevin furnishing all of the beach supplies (towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbee, volleyball, etc.). There are many things to do on the island, and the list that Kevin & Cheri provide of restaurants and activities helped out a lot! We will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!!

Like many before us, this was my first trip to Marco Island. Kevin and Cheri came highly recommended from a friend from work who has been staying at their property for years. Everything was fantastic here. Appliances new, plenty of organized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom accessories. Beach furniture on the balcony. TV in each room. Groceries on the island made it easy for us to eat in and save money! Owners are amazing to work with and will accommodate you in every way. Fast return on my security deposit. Be aware that if you have never been to Florida, there are many mosquitoes at dawn and dusk. Spray up and go for a sunrise or sunset walk. I cannot imagine ever staying anywhere else in Florida. Check out the different restaurant menus in the condo. We enjoyed Li's (in the middle of nowhere) and also enjoyed the Sunset Grill, which had the best Mexican food on Taco Tuesday. I would recommend going to Florida the first few weeks of June. We had no rain. Unfortunately, we were there the weekend of the Orlando shootings, so prayers went out that day. I came back so relaxed and with a clear head. I was able to tackle projects at home, and I learned how to say "no" in my busy full-time working mother/wife life. Marco Island will do that to you. I will be don't take my reservation!

Beautiful modern condo

This was our first trip to Marco Island, celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary! This condo was equipped with everything you could want, from the kitchen to the beach closet. It was very clean and newly remodeled. I loved the washer and dryer, which was new and easy to operate. Full-size appliances (and newer) worked great and plenty of dishes and pans for use. I liked the way everything was labeled for organization. Spectacular views from the balcony...great location on the 11th floor. Watching the dolphins every morning and evening was amazing! We even saw manatees while on the beach. The owners were great too, recommending places to eat and things to do! They even called to follow up after we arrived to make sure everything was OK for us. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved every detail of how decorations were placed to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. I also liked the big walk in showers in both bathrooms. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, even a hair dryer was there and was one less thing I had to pack to bring. The pool was clean and nice, and the hot tub nice great. Not crowded during our visit! I would highly recommend this condo if you are planning to stay at Marco Island. We had a great time and will return sometime in the future. We would definitely stay here again! The staff was great too. Pool security, front desk, and others like housekeeping staff we ran into were helpful and polite.
