Our spacious 4-room vacation apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and combines modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The centerpiece is the large balcony terrace, where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day.

Amenities include:

- Private parking directly at the house (for cars only)
- Free Wi-Fi throughout
- Automatic blinds on all windows for a restful sleep
- Self check-in – anytime, flexible, and hassle-free

The apartment is laid out as follows:

1 cozy bedroom with 2 single beds

2 children's rooms, each with 2 single beds, books, and games

1 inviting living room for relaxation
A baby cot is available upon request (for an additional fee).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for shared meals:

Kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room (coin-operated).

Please note: Final cleaning, as well as the provision of bed linen and towels, is included in the service fee (see price list). You don't need to bring anything and can relax from the moment you arrive.
