The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the hot tub temperature all the way down and close the cover. Turn off all lights, TV's, and bathroom fans. Please remove all personal belongings. Remove all items from the refrigerator
Take out all trash and recycle and put in appropriate bins located in front of garage. Load the dishwasher and start the wash. Put all dirty towels in one location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guest must provide photo identification with a selfie in order to complete booking.
All guest must provide a guest list of people staying as well as their age.
Absolutely no parties or the booking may be cancelled mid stay.
