The living room is the perfect place to relax and spend time together. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer direct access to the terrace and pool. The spacious, comfortable sofa invites you to unwind while enjoying your favorite movies or series on the large Loewe Flat Smart TV.

The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped and designed to meet the highest standards. From a professional-grade electric stove with a commercial extractor to a roomy fridge, freezer, and Moccamaster coffee machine—everything you need to prepare culinary delights is at your fingertips. The adjoining dining area offers ample space for shared meals in a stylish setting.

The villa features three stylish bedrooms, each with its own unique charm, high-quality beds, and handwoven Moroccan rugs.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom boasts a luxurious 2.00 x 2.00 m Finnish box-spring bed, ensuring the highest level of comfort. Large glass sliding doors open directly to the garden and pool area, allowing you to start your day with a refreshing dip. A private, elegantly designed bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet with a vanity area complete the luxurious ambiance.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom also offers a generous 2.00 x 2.00 m Finnish box-spring bed. The modern and inviting design, along with direct access to another terrace, allows you to start or end your day in peace.

Third Bedroom: Similar in design and comfort to the second bedroom, this room features a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed. High-quality materials and thoughtful design ensure a relaxed atmosphere here as well.

The villa includes two modern bathrooms and an additional guest WC.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are beautifully finished with high-quality microcement, creating a modern yet warm ambiance. Spacious walk-in showers, elegant fixtures, underfloor heating for winter, and practical heated towel racks ensure maximum comfort and a spa-like experience.

Guest WC: There is also a separate guest WC, ideal for visitors and convenient for everyday use.

The outdoor area of the villa is truly a highlight. The 18-meter pool, surrounded by tropical plants and desert-like landscaping, invites you to both swim laps and relax. In the evening, the illuminated pool and waterfall create a magical, atmospheric setting.

The spacious terrace offers various shaded spots, protected by awnings and high-quality umbrellas. Here, you can relax on comfortable loungers or enjoy al fresco dining at the large table, savoring meals prepared on the grill. The Mediterranean garden also features a fruit orchard with lemons, oranges, grapefruits, clementines, and mangoes.

Basement & Garage – Practical Comfort and Secure Storage
The villa’s basement includes a spacious underground garage, easily accessible via a driveway and secure gate. There’s ample space for your car or rental vehicle, keeping it safe and protected. The garage is also a practical storage area for your beach gear—from chairs to toys to umbrellas—everything you need for a perfect day at the beach is neatly stored here.

The basement is also well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it particularly convenient for longer stays. You can easily move between the basement and the main house via an internal staircase, keeping everything organized and your vehicle securely parked, allowing you to focus on enjoying your vacation.

All appliances are energy-efficient, and the villa generates a significant portion of its own electricity thanks to a solar power system with battery storage.
