Great holiday with friends

Had a great time here, very quiet area away from the city which is a plus and minus as the taxis in the area where very unreliable. But regardless the place was great for a getaway, chilled by the pool most days and just enjoyed the sun. Would go back!

A fantastic place to get away from all.

Everything that we could want from the accommodation. The location is quiet but close enough to the town and beaches. The town od sanat Pola is peaceful and ideal if you don't want the busyness of resorts like Alicante or Benidorm. I would highly recommend a stay.

Super nice & quiet house

The pictures do not show how really nice this house is. Super clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The owner was very attentive and suick to solve problems.

Nice and quite house close to Santa Pola

We were a family of 7 that stayed for a weekend. The house is beautiful and has everything it promised. The owners were very responsive, and we greatly enjoyed our time. The property is beautiful, but the garden needs a lot of upkeep. The bed next to the pool was very old and dirty, and there was a tree that kept shedding little yellow flowers into the garden and pool. The owner tried to clean it before the check-in in but it kept shedding flowers constantly. Many doors do not fit well and cannot be locked (including the main door to the property). Only one TV worked, and only sometimes (antenna signal may be the issue). The central AC works well, but it is controlled centrally, so it gets hot upstairs while downstairs is very cold. Other than these, the house is beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful property but in need of small care

The property is dreamy. It has everything you will be looking for and more. Grocery is about 6 min away by car so you’re isolated but not 100% (which for me is perfect). Jaime was very accommodating and helpful, when there was a problem he replied very quickly and help as soon as possible. Now the bad parts… - We didn’t have hot water for the 2.5 days we were there; I contacted Jaime and he brought a new butane bottle but unfortunately that only helped for 2 showers, some ended up going to their houses to shower as it looked like the problem was not the butane and it was a holiday so we didn’t ask Jaime to call a technician - It was very cold at the house, downstairs, even though AC was connected - One of the upstairs bathroom had a not working cistern/tank - Downstairs bathroom (beside kitchen), the light was very tricky and sometimes didn’t work - There was not enough toilet paper for a 2.5 stay, nor there was kitchen towel paper at all. We had to buy - There were no kitchen cloths at all - 2 of the kitchen stools and 1 kitchen chair were about to break so we put them aside as it was very dangerous Overall it was a ok stay but there are things to be fixed and improved.

Het is een heel tof huis, maar er beginnen toch wat kosten aan te komen .Alles is wat versleten. buiten alles is los, planken ,ligstoelen kapot, vuile matrassen ,nagels steken uit het terras rond zwembad, heel gevaarlijk .Zwembadtrap was kapot, lag zware stenen zak op trap. Verder was er geen warm water voor de douche binnen ,geen stofzuiger aanwezig en ook geen droogkast ,zeker bij slecht weer een aanrader .Wij vinden voor die hoge prijs dat het wel wat beter mocht zijn, zeker buiten was het helemaal niet proper. Zeker geen huis voor kleine kinderen ,zijn nergens leuningen aan trappen, zelf binnen niet.

La casa está estupenda aunque como todo con pequeñas cosas que pulir. Pequeños detalles, como que incluyese el jacuzzi en el precio, un pequeño equipo de aire acondicionado en el sótano, y pequeñas reparaciones que hay que hacer a la casa (algún tubo se soltaba, valla en piscina, ...). Habitaciones cómodas y casa bonita. Cada semana te cambian sábanas y limpian piscina (que con la cantidad de bichos que hay en la zona se agradece)

Buenos día Adrián, gracias por tu puntuación, no obstante quería puntualizar en los dos incisos que has realizado. El tema del Jacuzzi, es un extra a pagar como suplemento, que lo indica en la web, y se hizo asi, porque no me parece justo precisamente, aumentar el precio de la noche como fijo, y quien no lo utilice Page el incremento que supondría. Por otro lado, el tema de la valla en la piscina, yo entiendo que al tener niños pequeños, te preocupe, pero cuando alquilas ves en las fotos que no hay, y por otro lado es incómodo para el uso de la misma.

Un super séjour, merci à jaime et son épouse pour leur disponibilité. Une maison agréable pour un séjour en famille et amis. Petit bémol sur le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas mais Jaime a su compenser ce point. Un grand merci pour tout. Santa pola est une ville attractive et magnifique

Die Bilder sind jünger wie die tatsächliche Situation vor Ort. Der Pavillon ist nicht nutzbar und die Gartenmöbel sind nicht die gleichen. Eigentlich etwas schade. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Sanierung verkraften. Der Preis war daher zu hoch!

Buenas tardes, como contestación a su comentario, me pregunto si 24 piezas de vajilla y cubiertos, asi como vasos, no son bastantes para 10 perdonas, lo siento pero no tengo 50 de cada cosa, y en cuanto al tema del Jacuzzi, como te atreves a llamarme mentiroso, en que te basas para decir que es falso??, el Jacuzzi ya esta arreglado, las piezas de recambio (panel de control), no se compra en el supermercado, se tarda un plazo en recibirlo y que el SAT acuda a repararlo.......

Schönes Haus, nur leider nicht so gut nutzbar wie erwartet

Das Haus entspricht den Fotos. Leider kann man im August ab 18 Uhr nicht mehr draußen sitzen, da dann die Moskitos aktiv werden. Außerdem gibt es im Schlafzimmer kein Fliegengitter, so dass ich am 2. Tag 40 riesige Mückenstiche hatte, meine Tochter alleine auch schon 20 Stiche. Wir hätten gerne abends im Freien gesessen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spärlich, kaum Töpfe, keine Schüsseln und nur eine alte Pfanne. Da wir aufgrund von Corona viel selber gekocht haben, war das nervig. Der Vermieter war sehr kurz angebunden, hat uns nur schnell abgefertigt und wollte schnell wieder weg. Leider hat unser Sohn seine Jacke auf den Stufen vor dem Haus liegen lassen und dieses erst am Flughafen gemerkt. Ich habe den Vermieter gebeten uns die Jacke auf unsere Kosten zuzuschicken, aber das hat er leider nicht getan. Wir mussten aufgrund der Quarantäne Bestimmungen drei Tage eher abreisen, haben aber keinen Cent Erstattung bekommen. Wir haben das frühzeitig dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, da vielleicht die nächsten Mieter früher hätten anreisen können, aber der Vermieter wollte nicht mit denen sprechen. Zur Begrüßung gab es nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. Das haben wir bei anderen Vermietern in Spanien völlig anders erlebt. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und würden aufgrund der Mückenplage dieses Haus nicht mehr zu dieser Jahreszeit buchen. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn man mit dem Auto auf dem Grundstück parken könnte. Es ist genug Platz vorhanden. Die Hunde der Nachbarn haben oft stundenlang spät abends oder früh morgens gebellt. Aus dem Gewerbegebiet hörte man bis nachts um 3 Uhr laute Partymusik durchs geschlossene Fenster. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und nur zentral gesteuert. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr schön und das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist schön groß und geht schräg ins Tiefe, so dass auch unsere kleine Tochter am Anfang noch stehen konnte. Ideal für Familien.

Quería compartir mi experiencia ya que creo que es importante saber donde te metes ... cojimos la casa con la mayor ilusión y la tratamos como si fuera nuestra es una casa grande y bonita , un poco deteriorada por el paso de los años pero muy bonita , el jardín tiene todas las maderas medio tocadas , el césped se levanta , el jacuzzi de la foto no está , y en su lugar hay un jacuzzi inchable en mal estado que se deshincha todos los días y que no pudimos llegar a utilizar porque no calentaba el agua , en esa misma zona una balda de madera mal colocada hizo que me viniera abajo y casi me abra la cabeza, la puerta de la barbacoa (donde guardas las cosas) solo con abrirla se callo al suelo , una casa bonita grande pero antigua y con muchos pequeños toques , excepto una parte, la cocina , estaba nueva Preciosa e impoluta , nosotros del uso , por desgracia hicimos dos pequeños golpes de aproximadamente medio centímetro cada uno, pues el hombre nos reclama prácticamente el precio de la encimera entera un total de 220 euros , tenía toda la casa bien , pero un poco deteriorada por el paso de los años , y la única parte que estaba perfecta va y nos cobran 220 euros por dos pequeños golpes

Estos "señores", han dado una respuesta totalmente injustificada, de hecho pueden ver otras opiniones en Vrbo o Airbnb., es una respuesta mal intencionada y despechada por el hecho de haber deteriorado una estancia y como consecuencia de ello tener que pagar una indemnización, de hecho les comente que lo pasaria por la plataforma de Vrbo, que hay una fianza y me dijeron que no lo hiciera porque sino, quedaria reflejado el poco cuidado que llevan, y me realizaron una transferencia por el deterioro. Por cierto, el Jacuzzi, es hinchable, y cuando se desincha tan solo hay que apretar un boton del mando a distancia como les explique, y el agua si se calienta, pero por supuesto, hay que apretar el boton de calentador......... En fín.............

Está estupenda, acogedora, con suficiente entretenimiento tanto para ADOLESCENTES como para adultos, niños e incluso mascotas, del entorno no puedo opinar porque la casa tiene tantos espacios reservados para cada uno que nos ha faltado tiempo para salir a explorar los alrededores. Los adultos nos quedamos con la tranquilidad y el espacio. Los adolescentes con la mesa de billar y la buena calidad del wifi Los niños con la piscina y los espacios exteriores Todos, todos, todos nos quedamos con el jacuzzi Y las mascotas con todo el espacio exterior que hay para ellos. Lo único que no nos ha gustado ha sido tener que dejar la casa a las 11 de la mañana del domingo.
