In the middle of the picturesque landscape of Spieka Neufeld, behind the dike, our cozy vacation home awaits you. The "Minzhuus" invites families with children to an unforgettable vacation. The sun is shining as you drive along the village road, but if it should rain... a child-friendly house with a wild, natural garden and free-range chickens awaits you. The covered terrace invites you to barbecue and inside the house you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three separate bedrooms offer space for everyone: a double bed for parents, two further double beds for siblings or friends and relatives. A baby travel cot is also available.
The living and dining area invites you to spend cozy evenings. The wood-burning stove crackles while you play games together or watch a movie .... or maybe someone reads the book by Selma Lagerlöf about little Nils Holgerson, who flies towards the sea on the back of the geese and, with a lot of luck and if you look closely, calls a "Moin" ! from the air to you during a walk on the dike while he lifts his cap and waves ;)
The kitchenette is well equipped - here you can conjure up delicious meals for the whole family.
Adventures on the beach
The beach in Spieka Neufeld offers free bathing fun. This beach is equipped with a large playground.
Dogs are only allowed on the dog walking path away from the beach. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the vastness of the sea with its magical sunrises.
Tide times are printed on the guest cards, so you can go mudflat walking or swimming as you wish. There are also beach chairs for hire on the sunbathing lawn.
The parking lot is subject to a charge in the high season from May to September. The on-site sanitary facilities are open during this time.
The wave pool in Dorum Neufeld also offers a fine alternative in bad weather. And when it's cold, sauna fans have a whole barrel with a sea view at their disposal. Here you are in the guest center, where you can get additional information.
We recommend booking a mudflat hike.
Another popular day trip is to take a horse-drawn carriage through the mudflats to the island of Neuwerk, for example, and then return by catamaran in the afternoon or early evening after visiting the island. The numerous leisure and cultural activities on offer are available for you in the Minzehuus entrance hall. Please book them in good time, it's worth it!

Back at the Minzehuus...as the day draws to a close.... on the terrace, you sit together, grill fresh fish, make music and tell stories...until the children are fast asleep while you watch the starry sky and let the day fade away.
