Welcome to the Apricot House, named for the apricot tree in the front yard. If you visit in June, you may be able to enjoy a fresh apricot from the tree!
Experience the best of Santa Fe from The Apricot House, a beautifully updated 1931 adobe in the sought after South Capitol/ Railyard neighborhood. Park in the driveway and walk to Canyon Road (1/2 mile), acclaimed restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, and the historic Plaza. This thoughtfully furnished one level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features modern Southwestern style, comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for 6 laundry, a record player with records, high speed Wi-Fi and inviting outdoor areas.
Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower, while a second full bathroom with a tub is located off the hallway.
There is plenty of room for your group to relax and spread out. Put on a record from our small collection, unwind on the covered front porch, or enjoy a meal at the dining set in the private fenced yard.

We chose this location for The Apricot House because we wanted guests to enjoy the best of Santa Fe while having a quiet, comfortable place to come home to. We love being able to explore on foot, and this location puts guests close to the historic downtown area, local restaurants, galleries, and the New Mexico State Capitol.
