Enjoy stunning views of the green surroundings of Valbonne at Apartment Numéro 1, located in the southern part of Châteauneuf. This 50 m² apartment features a private pergola with a 25 m² terrace (table for 6 and plastic armchairs) and a 250 m² private, shaded, and flowered garden. Inside, you'll find a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), bathroom, and separate toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a smart TV with multilingual streaming services.



Next to the pool, there is a 6-person sauna, shower, separate toilets, a large 100 m² terrace, and a 70 m² covered area. Two private parking spaces and a wood-fired barbecue are also available. The 70 m² infinity pool uses a gentle treatment (no salt or chlorine) and features counter-current swimming for balneotherapy and massage. Public transport is within walking distance.



Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not permitted. The apartment is on one level with no steps. All pool and household linens are provided. The property features water and energy-saving systems, with electricity from solar panels. Sustainable materials were used for construction and insulation. Bus services to the airport and train stations are available from Valbonne village.
