Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a smart TV with multilingual streaming services.



Next to the pool, there’s a 6-person sauna with shower and separate toilet, a large 100 m² terrace, and a 70 m² covered area. Two private parking spaces and a wood-fired barbecue are also available. The 70 m² infinity pool uses a gentle treatment (no salt or chlorine) and features a counter-current system for balneotherapy and massage. Public transport is within walking distance.



Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and pets are not permitted. The apartment is on one level, with no steps. All pool and household linens are provided.
