Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut und wie beschrieben ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen.Allerdings sollte über die Installation einer Klimaanlage und eines Badlüfters nachgedacht werden.Wenn hohe Temperaturen herrschen, ist der Aufenthalt drinnen nur dann einigermaßen erträglich, wenn man in den frühen Morgenstunden durchgelüftet hat und das Haus anschließend abdunkelt.Es gibt im Bad nur ein kleines Fenster *in* der Duschkabine zum Schuppen hin, das zum Durchlüften oder als rasche Abhilfe bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit nach dem Duschen nur bedingt geeignet ist.Der Hausmeister-Sevice, der sich auch um das Entfernen von Unkraut und Löwenzahn vor dem Haus kümmert, scheint länger nicht aktiv gewesen zu sein.
