A private parking space and public transport right in front of the house make getting around easy.

The House Marseille is divided into two fully independent units, ensuring your privacy and comfort. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited in order to preserve everyone’s peace and quiet, including that of the owner who lives in the other part of the house. Thank you in advance for your understanding and for respecting these rules so that all guests can enjoy a pleasant stay.

You’ll enjoy exclusive access to your own private space on the ground floor of the house, including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, two bathrooms with toilets, a bright veranda, and a large terrace.

Also included :
Access to the swimming pool, and soon a Jacuzzi area (currently under construction).

For sleeping & relaxing :

Ground floor : Two private, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (2×2 guests).

First floor: A large air-conditioned bedroom, with four single beds on one side, and two single beds on the other. It is also possible to convert them into two double beds and two single beds.

Living room : A large sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if needed.

For your privacy and peace of mind, the owner lives in a separate and completely independent wing of the property, entirely apart from the guest area. You’ll enjoy a calm, fully private space entirely dedicated to your stay.

Only the swiming pool like in a private residence. It is shared between guests and the owner. We always ensure the utmost discretion so that you feel perfectly at home, with full comfort and serenity. For instance, we avoid using the pool while you’re there.

Details of the air-conditioned bedrooms (2, 2 & 6 guests) :

Ground floor bedrooms :
- Bedroom 1 (private) : 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2 (private) : 1 double bed

First floor bedroom :
- 4 single beds (or can be arranged as 1 double bed and 2 single beds)
- 2 single beds (or can be arranged as 1 double bed)

You will have exclusive access to your own independent accommodation on the ground floor of the house, as well as the private upstairs double bedroom.

Only the main exterior entrance, similar to a private residence, is shared (with myself and my son).
Your living space remains fully private.

You’ll have direct access to the large terrace, the pool area, and your private upper floor.
You will have full and independent access to the entire accommodation, including the ground floor, the upstairs bedroom, and the outdoor garden area.
Only the pool area are shared with owner.
We always ensure the utmost discretion so you can feel perfectly at home, with all the comfort and peace you need. For example, we avoid using the pool while you’re there.

The House Marseille is a fully independent property exclusively dedicated to guests.
The owner resides on site, in a completely separate and independent wing of the villa, with private spaces of their own.

Your privacy is fully preserved, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful, entirely private space exclusively dedicated to your stay.

Only the pool, similar to a private residence entrance, is shared between guests and the owner depending on the selected option. We maintain the utmost discretion to ensure you feel completely at home, with the comfort and serenity you expect. For example, we will avoid using the pool while you are enjoying it.
