Why they chose this property

We chose Twin Lakes for the neighborhood as much as the house — mature tree-lined streets, a private golf course right out the back, and three sparkling lakes woven through miles of walking paths. It's the kind of established, close-knit community where neighbors still look out for each other.

What makes this property unique

From the koi pond and water feature out front to the soaring floor-to-ceiling window wall, it’s mid-century perfection. Iconic red front door, the character-packed burnt orange kitchen countertops, and a primary bath that feels like a private spa retreat. Nestled right on the water in Federal Way’s Twin Lakes community (complete with golf course and swim club access), it’s the ultimate mid century modern getaway.
