For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with plants and trees. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 8 km, pebble beach 30 km. Marina 30 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Kitchen (1 hot plate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), 1 folding bed (75 cm, length 185 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 folding bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 40 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance.

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus

Das Ferienhaus war in einem Top Zustand und sehr sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, sowie zusätzlich eine Gästetoilette im EG. Die Veranda ist sehr großzügig und man blickt auf eine Schafweide mit ein paar wenigen Schafen. Die Vermieter sind aufmerksam, haben beispielsweise bei einem starken Gewitter unseren Wäscheständer so hingestellt, dass die Wäsche nicht nass wird, ist aber nicht aufdringlich. Sie geben auch gute Informationen über mögliche Aktivitätsangebote in der Region.

Hele fijne week gehad in rustige omgeving

Wij waren dik tevreden over deze woning. 2 goede badkamers, ruime woonkamer en de keuken/eetruimte was voldoende. Wij hebben voor deze ligging van het huis gekozen omdat Pazin centraal in Istrië ligt en hiervandaan bijna alle interessante plaatsen goed zijn aan te rijden(gemiddeld 30 minuten). Grote winkels op 10 minuten rijden. Eigenaren die op het terrein wonen + hond zijn erg aardig en niet zichtbaar. Mooi uitzicht en schapen voor de deur. Fijn thuiskomen na bezoeken aan "drukke" stadjes.

Wir sind am Anreisetag recht spät erst angekommen. Gar kein Problem für den Gastgeber. Super netter Empfang. Ferienhaus groß, super ruhig und idyllisch. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Alles tipptopp sauber, ankommen und wohlfühlen. Wir haben zudem Tipps bekommen, wo es besonders schön ist hinzureisen. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben. Besser geht es nicht

Hervorragend

Wir sind abends recht spät angereist. Gar kein Problem für die Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr höflich begrüßt, konnten erschöpft ankommen und uns sofort wohlfühlen. Duschen und ins saubere Bett. Im Haus war alles tipptopp sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und Wäsche durften wir auch waschen. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben. Uns wurden Ausflugsziele genannt, frische Feigen gebracht und man war einfach willkommen.
