For shared use: property 4 ha (fenced) with trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated, fenced (25 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, boccia, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house at 200 m. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Saint Robert (23)" 900 m, sandy beach 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 300 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Entertainment in the season. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
