Private: beautiful garden 650 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Soulac-sur-mer" 900 m, sandy beach "Signal" 400 m.
"Les Bains Douche", 6-room house 130 m2. Object suitable for 8 adults + 2 children. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette très agréable et chaleureuse maison . Le jardin avec sa végétation luxuriante et la terrasse sont particulièrement plaisants . Nous avons aussi bien apprécié son joli salon lumineux.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Haus

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Soulac-sur-Mer. Der Ort ist durch sein altes geschlossenes Ortsbild sehr hübsch und nicht so touristisch anmutend. Das Haus ist für mehrere Personen gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse haben eine gute Aufenthaltsqualität. Es fehlten lediglich Liegen für den Außenbereich. Es handelt sich um ein schönes Holzhaus. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Die kurzen Wege zum Ortskern und Strand sind sehr gut.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très grande et bien équipée. La situation est très bien aussi. On peut tout faire à pied.
