Very beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Les Menhirs", renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Lann Tréman 2.6 km from the centre of Ploumilliau, 5.8 km from the centre of Saint Michel-en-Grève, 7.7 km from the centre of Lannion, 6.2 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool secured (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03. Apr. - 27. Nov.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 2.6 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 6.2 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Les Menhirs", 7-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with veranda with dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Cafetière à dosettes) extra, cooking island) with bar, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Large terrace 40 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (10). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). HOME FROM HOME!

All the amenities you could wish for, well presented family home, with pool trampoline, swing, ping pong, and disabled friendly Covered car Port for loading and unloading. Lovely quiet rural location but only 4 minutes drive from the nearest shop, and less than 15 minutes to a beautiful beach. The town of Lannion provides everything in one place! J. the owner lives on the lower ground floor so is on hand for any requirements, and was very kind and helpful. Would definitely visit again!

Ein großzügiges Haus mit einem schönen großen Pool. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Bäcker und Supermarkt aber in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.Perfekt für Familien. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.

Alles wat er moet zijn

Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt lichte en open leefgedeelte. Fijne tuin met zwembad, trampoline en schommels voor de kleinkinderen en mooie omgeving om te wandelen en fietsen. Niet ver van mooie strandjes

Schöner Familienurlaub in der Bretagne

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Kleinkindern und einem Hund im großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Alle haben sich sehr gut erholt , auch wegen der sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Der. Vermieter ist besonders freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen, dabei sehr zurückhaltend. Alles in Allem eine Empfehlung.

Trés bien accueilli très gentil et a notre écoute il sont la si besoin .la maison et sublime grande lumineuse très propres et sécurisé pour les enfant sa c'est super . Grand jardin Trés belle piscines et propre on na passé une super belle semaine dans cette belle maison très calme et on na fait de belle visite trop bien le top chaleureux merci beaucoup

Modern zeer goed uitgeruste vakantiewoni

Het huis is uitgerust met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een zorgeloze vakantie. De grote veranda met tafel voor tien personen is zeker een meerwaarde. Door de overkapping kan er zelfs bij slecht weer worden gezwommen. De kinderen hebben genoten van de grote tuin met schommels, trampoline, tafeltennis... Goede uitvalsbasis om Bretagne te verkennen.

Ruhige Unterkunft

Schön gelegene Unterkunft mit einem sehr schönen großen Garten. Ideal für Reisende mit Hund. Etwas ab vom Schuss - Auto unbedingt notwendig. Pool ist schon etwas älter aber ordentlich. Die Immobilie ist gepflegt und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht aber nicht aufdringlich.

Semaine très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location entre amis pour une semaine, la maison est spacieuse et bien meublée. L’extérieur est super, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre amis. Je vous conseille sans hésitations !

Urlaub Bretagne

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und mehr als ausreichend Platz. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler und es ist sehr ruhig und dunkel, was uns alle sehr gut schlafen ließ und zur Erholung beitrug. Dazu ein sehr netter Vermieter der da war wenn er gebraucht wurde. Insgesamt war es ein toller Ort!

Nichée dans un coin de campagne agréable et verdoyant, très proche de la mer, cette résidence a tous les atouts pour la réussite des vacances. Elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour se réunir en famille ou avec des amis et la présence d'une piscine et de jeux d'extérieur dans un grand espace clos y contribue. Tout est bien pour les grands et les petits ainsi que pour les animaux. La maison est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est prévenant et très discret. Je recommande cette location.

Fabelhaft!

Zwei Wochen traumhafter Urlaub in diesem herrlichen bretonischen Haus. Wunderschöner Garten, sehr gepflegt und ungestört. Den privaten Pool konnten wir Dank der Überdachung jeden Tag ausgiebig genießen. Trotz der ruhigen und ländlichen Lage ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für ganz viele Exkursionen. Nicht zuletzt wegen dem außerordentlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter war es für uns als Familie mit Hund ein absolut gelungener Urlaub!!

Très très belle prestation

Une prestation de qualité avec une maison très spacieuse et jolie, propreté irréprochable. Un propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et attentif aux besoins des locataires. La localisation est idéale car juste à environ 30min de la côte de granite rose. La piscine fait le bonheur des enfants et des plus grands. En résumé une location fortement recommandée aux futurs vacanciers. Vous ne serez pas déçu!!!

Découverte

Accueil très chaleureux , toujours à l'écoute du moindre souci. Le logement est d'une très grande propreté , nous avons bien profité de la piscine couverte et chauffée . Le gîte est situé dans un endroit très calme à proximité des commerces plages et sites magnifiques . Nous sommes tous unanimes pour dire que nous avons été très enchantés de notre séjour .

splendide demeure en Bretagne

voilà une bien belle demeure, avec un grand jardin et une piscine bien agréable; En plus, le propriétaire est très prévenant tout en restant discret. Nous avons pasé de merveilleuses vacances! Le seul point négatif est l'agence (Interchalet), qui multiplie les imprécisions et les erreurs.

Prachtige villa!

Mooi onderhouden huis. Verwarmd zwembad, grote omheinde tuin ideaal voor kinderen en hond. Vriendelijke huisbaas die er alles voor doet u een aangenaam verblijf te geven.
