Stark verschmutzte Tiefgarage durch Vogelkot usw..Übermöbelierung ohne Nutzzweck.Schmale Doppelbetten (140 cm breit).Verwitterte Balkonbrüstungen.Keine Polsterauflagen für die Mettallmöbel.Minimale Küchenausstattung bei einer Nutzung von mind. 4 Personen.Keine Kleiderbügel.Der Homeofficeplatz verfügt über keine angemessene Bestuhlung.Kein Haltegriff in der Dusche (glatte Duschtasse, Sturzgefahr).Aufgrund der engen Bebauung ist man sehr gestört durch die Nachbarschaft (man hört jedes Wort).
