Tasteful Two Bedroom on Warren Square with Parking by Lucky Savannah

The bright exterior of our two-bedroom, two-bath Harper House cheerfully welcomes you to this unique vacation property. Located directly across from Warren Square on the first floor of a historic, two-story Victorian home, Harper House can comfortably accommodate up to six Lucky guests for a true “live like a local” Savannah experience.

The understated elegance of the living area comes from the high ceilings, original, decorative hearth and tasteful furnishings. A wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and queen sleeper-sofa modernize the living space. Original pocket doors, a classic feature in Victorian homes, separates the living area from the Premium bedroom. The original hardwood floors extend into the Premium bedroom, where you’ll find another decorative hearth, mirrored armoire and a carved wooden headboard above the king-size bed.

Spacious, warm and bright, the completely renovated, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Just off the kitchen is the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and fully renovated, en suite bath with a large vanity.

Step outside to the cozy, private courtyard where a bistro set waits for you to enjoy your morning coffee, and a gas grill is available for bbq-ing on a sunny Savannah afternoon. You’ll be just minutes from the excitement of River Street, with Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions all within walking distance.

Great location

Perfect place for a family near lots of places to eat, etc. Especially if you plan to attend the annual St. Patrick's day parade. Love the park across the street and appreciated the representative helping me access the property. She was very patient!

Location cannot be beat!

The location, property, and communication set this apart from many others. The property manager was fantastic when I had access issues after misreading the instructions - even with a late night arrival. They were very responsive. The property is nice and well kept. The location is a 10 minute, shaded walk to one end of town or a 5 minute relaxing walk to River Street. Having a parking place was also a big plus. You will not be disappointed with this one

The location was perfect for exploring the historic district. The apartment was quaint, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It was great having a dedicated parking spot. We specifically wanted a place with an outside area, which it has, but it wasn’t anything notable and ended up never using it.The management company was so helpful. They let us store our luggage at their office while we were waiting for check in time, and went above and beyond answering our questions.

Cozy, nice and exactly pictured. Parking was a plus. Front bedroom does pick up street noise as the day traffic picks up. Being across the street from Warren Square was a big plus, just stroll across street with coffee!

Close to everything

We came to Savannah to drop of our college student. I love the location. It was close to Funky Brunch, Java Burrito, and Leopold’s ice cream. A short walk to River Street. It is in a quiet section of Congress Street. Check in was seamless. Directions were on point. We will be back. Thank you!
