Large 52 sqm condo with balcony, quiet (at the rear of the building), on the 6th floor, with mountain view.
The one room apartment features a sliding glass partition, allowing the space to be divided into two bedrooms.
Additional to the rent, the following are charged separately:
Electricity (6 baht/kWh) and water (20 baht/m³).
Billing is done via the electricity/water meter at the end of stay.
