This very well-maintained property, always kept in top condition, consists of 2 adjoining houses: Casa Rustico and Casa Moderne. Together, the two interconnected houses offer a total living area of approximately 250 m², providing generous space for a comfortable holiday stay.

Casa Rustico was built in the 1970s.
The rustic stone house features two bedrooms, a very large living and dining area with a long solid wood dining table and corner bench, a seating area, a large indoor fireplace, TV, and direct access to the covered loggia with an outdoor fireplace and to the garden area with a lawn for sunbathing and play — a true gem with Ticinese charm. Kitchen with modern cooking appliances and ceramic hob, dishwasher, and microwave. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. The modern bathroom with its exceptionally large shower is truly unique. Shower-WC and double washbasin with towel warmer are standard.
In front of the house, the covered loggia beckons. A perfect view of the mountains, the lake, and the city of Locarno. This weather-protected outdoor area invites you to linger.
Casa Moderne is the centrepiece
Casa Moderne was added in the 2000s and connected to Casa Rustico via an interior passage, creating a seamless, unified whole. The 4.5-room house on 2 floors was built to accommodate 4 people.

Casa Moderne comprises:

Living and dining area with dining table, upholstered seating, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and projector screen available on request; internet/Wi-Fi, telephone (short local calls free of charge); 2 lake-facing balconies with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Kitchen, open on both sides, with modern cooking appliances and ceramic hob, dishwasher, and passthrough to the living room and garden area and loggia. 1 guest WC/washbasin. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, plus 1 sitting room. Bathroom with bathtub/washbasin. Separate WC/washbasin. Both elegantly finished in granite. Separate shower/WC/washbasin. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Sauna.

Surroundings:

At the top of the property sits the recreational room with a ping-pong table, darts, and a lounge area to relax in. The plantings and greenery in this area are simply stunning.
The outdoor swimming pool, including a counter-current system (approx. 5 m × 9 m), is available for guests to use from April to October. The pool is heated or cooled depending on the weather (approx. 26–28°C). For safety reasons, the pool can be covered.
A large sun terrace and a granite stone table with a large parasol by the pool are available to guests.

Car access directly to the house. Garage space for one vehicle, plus space in front of the garage for two additional vehicles. Electric vehicle charging station available in the garage (subject to a fee).
Bus stop approx. 300 m away.
Locarno town centre approx. 3 km by car.
Brione s/M village centre approx. 1 km away (pleasant walkway into the old village).
Bed, kitchen, and bath linen provided, along with 2 cots for children up to approx. 2 years of age. Two highchairs for the dining table are also available.
Washing machine and dryer available. Pets welcome. Dogs must be taken out for regular walks (no unsupervised access for dogs in the lawn and pool area).
