We have been married for 38 years and have an amazing son and daughter, plus now we were blessed with a super son-in law and an amazing daughter in-law. Both of us grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and met in university. In 1993 we moved to Calgary, Alberta after spending 5 years in Vegreville, Alberta - home of the world's largest Ukrainian Easter Egg, 5000 people, 600 dogs & 600 cats! Calgary has lovely mountain views however when we started looking for a vacation property WATER had to be the key feature where we could enjoy swimming, water-skiing, wake boarding, and fishing. And not that we can't handle the cold, warmer year round weather was also high on wish list. Kelowna BC became the obvious 1st choice! where you are surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful Lake Okanagan. We welcome you to stay in our condo to enjoy what we've experienced and make some of your own terrific memories!

We chose to buy a condo in Playa Del Sol because of its location in the Mission district of Kelowna which places it 'close enough' to be convenient to the downtown shopping but also 'far away' from the congestion that happens around city centre during the summer. Our family enjoys being directly across the street from the beaches, boat rentals, and bike/walking paths. And if we're not feeling too athletic or adventuresome, hanging out in the pool and/or hot tub works just fine! We love that we can easily drive or fly to Kelowna to enjoy wonderful weather, wineries, golf courses, orchards, restaurants and treat ourselves to rest & relaxation in a beautiful vacation condo.
What makes this Condo unique
This condo was built with the developer's upgraded features package - granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, slate flooring in the main area and upgraded cabinet kitchen cabinets. The furniture was also upgraded over the choices available from the builder. Add in a great view overlooking Playa Del Sol's pool courtyard and mountains to find yourself never wanting to leave this quiet, beautiful piece of paradise. But when you do, just outside your door is a fitness center, owners lounge with pool tables, and coffees at the Roasted Bean. The Basil & Mint Restaurant & Bar are part of the Playa Del Sol complex where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. Or you'll discover wonderful dining options just across the street at the El Dorado Hotel or one of Kelowna's top restaurants - SMACK DAB Restaurant ("smack dab" overlooking Okanagan Lake) at the Manteo Resort Waterfront Hotel & Villas.

Fabulous location for boat owners with the boat dock just across the street at the Eldorado. The condo was perfect size for our Family of 5 and the pool and area was perfect.
Great location, amenities and comfortable condo
We loved the proximity to the biking trails and family oriented beach right across the road. Comfortable beds, good kitchen supplies and bbq. Pool toys were a nice touch. We had a great stay.
Clean, spacious accommodation. Excellent amenities with heated pool and hot tub as well as excellent exercise room. Within walking distance of beach and shops. Very picturesque.
Loved our stay!
We had a great time! We stayed for 3 weeks. The condo was everything it was described to be - and everything that we needed we had (linens, towels, dishes & kitchen ware, ample closet space, etc). It is a well kept condo, in a well kept building. The fitness area/steam room is quite busy and we were a little disappointed that we really didn’t get much of a chance to use it, considering it is quite small with very limited equipment but there are many fully equipped gyms and fitness clubs in the area so it certainly didn’t affect our stay. The unit was really located in a great spot in the building - no street noise, and a beautiful courtyard and pool view (the pool was supposed to open around May long weekend). Also liked the secure parking in the building. Coffee, groceries, fuel, hair salons, restaurants, lounges, parks/beach area, boating etc all basically within walking distance from this condo. It was a great stay!!
