We live in our own house located in a Northern Israel Community .We have 3 grown up children ,all are graduated from Waldrof Education .We believe in Environmental preservation , social awareness and community support.

Our Tel Aviv Apartment is for our own as well as guests' use . We welcome guests from all over the world

Home away from home

We are glad we choose your cozy place as our “home away from home” in Tel Aviv, we loved that we were in the middle of EVERYthing: attractions,  shopping, restaurants, and sea all were walkable distance. Drinking coffee in the morning on the spacious deck was other magical experience, apartment delivered all we wanted and expected from cleaness to hospitality.

Great apartment and location, wonderful host!

TelAviv, 6 Shmuel Hanagid. Parking Gan Ha-ir.

We stayed in this apartment for a couple of nights. The apartment is in the heart of Tel Aviv, so location was perfect. It is on the top floor and is the only apartment, so it has a very nice terrace on the roof that we enjoyed a lot. The host, Dana, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Both bedrooms are quite sufficient (I was nostalgic for a closet, but for a couple of days it was not a problem). Dana has nightlights on each bed stand, so I could read in bed. Wifi was good, the sitting room with TV (we did not have a chance to watch it), and the kitchenette were absolutely sufficient. The water heater worked well – check out the rightmost switch on the left side of the hall before the bathroom – and 10-15 min ON were sufficient (Dana, a label above the switch may be good?). When we arrived Dana had water in the fridge, coffee, tea and condiments, so we could wake up and start out right away. There are a couple of minimarkets close by, and a supermarket on Dizingoff that we did not get to.

Now what NOT to do in Tel Aviv: we rented a car at the airport, and that was a huge mistake – narrow streets filled with cars and no way to park. Dana recommended parking at Gan Ha-ir (a huge shopping center close by), and that helped a lot but cost about $25 a night, so if you don’t need a car in Tel Aviv, don’t.

Great Location, Nice Cozy Apartment

My wife and I recently stayed at this apartment for three nights. The owners were most gracious and very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The apartment is centrally located. Many restaurants and within a 5 minutes walking distance and going to Jaffe is only a $10 fare. The apartment was very clean and neat. This apartment has a very nice patio. Excellent patio to have morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. I would definitely recommend this apartment if your are in the area.

One thing to consider though is that the apartment is on the top floor (5th floor) and the building does not have a lift. So if you are capable to walk up the steps this place is worth the exercise that you will get everyday.

Beautiful little apartment, with wonderful terrace and great location

My wife, son and I stayed at the apartment for two weeks in December while visiting family. It was perfect for us. The location is terrific -- right off Kikar Yitzchak Rabin and an easy straight walk down Ben Gurion to the beach (with the requisite stop at the juice stand or lovely cafes on the median. The apartment itself is clean, very tastefully decorated, comfortable, well heated which we needed a couple of times in December, and most of all has the delightful terrace. We had a lot of sunny days and gathering my family and their friends on the terrace for coffee/tea/cake was one of the highlights of the visit. Dina, the owner, could not have been easier to work with. I expect to be in Tel Aviv around the same time again this coming December and am very much hoping the apartment will be available again.

Lovely apartment

This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment on a quiet street. It was centrally located to cafes, small shops and around the corner from a large shopping center with a grocery store. Although not close to the beach, there was a taxi stand outside the shopping center, so it was very easy to catch a taxi to any farther locations. The small touches in the apartment were lovely, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent and much needed in the Tel Aviv summer heat. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. My family really enjoyed staying here.

Charming and homely property

We really enjoyed our week's stay in this apartment. It was clean, very comfortable, well equipped and had a homely feel. There is also a lovely roof terrace that was pleasant to relax in or eat out on in the evenings. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, but anyone who is reasonably fit should be able to manage it. Recommended
