My wife and I are both Saint Lucians who retired in 2004 and returned to Canada to rejoin our family there but we make frequent trips to the island. For the last several years we have leased the property for long term periods (the last long term tenant was there for three years). We have now decided to make it available for vacation rentals so that we or our family may also use it occasionally.

Historic Pigeon Point is a less than 10 minute taxi drive away. Tour operators are based in Rodney Bay Village nearby for tours to Soufriere's volcano, Pitons, scuba, award winning botanical gardens. Horse riding, zip linning etc.

Location, Location, Location

What a wonderful place to stay in St. Lucia. It was perfect for my family, and my two kids (10 and 11) really enjoyed themselves. It was home away from home. The condo had everything we needed, in fact we brought more than we needed (i.e. an Ice chest for the beach) etc. Location, Location, Location!!! We could walk to the beach anytime and whenever we needed groceries or some great local food (Triangle Restaurant), this too was within walking distance. My kids enjoyed staying at the condo and were very comfortable. I was so taken aback to be welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of local flowers by the owner. The balcony is perfect in size for a family to relax and take in the wonderful morning sounds of the birds. The owner also had a binder full of valuable information which really helped us get acquainted with the condo and the surrounding area. The condo and grounds are so well taken care of and very clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while I would sit back and read. We saved so much money staying at the condo versus other places especially all-inclusive resorts; I would most definitely visit St. Lucia again and stay in the same condo – thanks so much!!!

Lovely place to minutes from the beach

Owner, Roger, could not have been more responsive. His place is well kept. Delia met us and explained every thing very thoroughly. Delia answered questions about how to get around the town. It was lovely sitting on the patio listening to the ocean wave. Cell phone and names of taxi drivers were very helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this place.

PERFECT location - HIGHLY recommend!

We can't stress enough what a great location this condo provided. A couple minute walk to the beach down a path, about 5 minutes to where the restaurants are, etc. Delia, the manager, was so helpful. Everyone we met was lovely. Condo had all conveniences and was clean. Beds were really comfortable. We had a wonderful time - beyond expectations. I wanted to be on a beach at midnight for the New Year and it happened! With a bonfire, a rum punch and fireworks along the bay it was a dream come true! The whole vacation was outstanding not only because of the convenience of location, but also because we found the people to be so accommodating. We loved the beach - sharing it with the locals, Marie's (what a character!), people we met to talk to - both tourists and natives. St. Lucia is very tourist friendly, we felt safe walking around, tours were reasonable and easy to book, EVERY meal we had was delicious, etc. Roger was a very responsive host - answering questions very quickly. HIGHLY recommend both St. Lucia and this condo!

Great Condo Apartment and Location

The Condo apartment was a wonderful place to stay in St. Lucia. My mom and I had a great time , it was definitely home away from home. The location is perfect with the beach near by, I could hear the waves from the balcony. We had a driver waiting for us at the airport and transported us safety to the condo. Delia, the manager was there to greet us, she was very welcoming. She showed us around the condo and also took us to the local grocery store to get few food supplies. The condo had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer and air conditioner in the bedrooms which was a plus. The pool area was clean and very private, I loved the plants near the pool area. The owner also had a binder with information which really helped us get acquainted with the condo and the surrounding area. Roger also kept in contact and phoned us when we arrived to ensure we were ok . We would highly recommend this property to anyone , and we will definitely come here on our next visit to the island.

Great experience! Beautiful property! Well equipped. And a great location!

Roger was a great owner to work with. We were well taken care of during our stay. We are beach people so we enjoyed the closeness of the fantastic beach and all of the great views. Loved having the beach chairs provided. We also liked having a pool as another option. It was an excellent location to the shops and restaurants. A very nice condo with a large balcony and well equipped. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location!

My Dad and I had a great stay at Rogers condo. The location is perfect. From Alvin our driver who picked us up and transported us safety to the condo and also stopped for us to pick up some groceries on the way and Delia who was there to meet us and show us around the condo.

Roger kept in contact and phoned us when we arrived to ensure we were ok and he also called to wish us a safe journey home.

Delia was always around to answer any questions and a local cell phone for emergencies was provided for use during our stay. The locals were very friendly. We highly recommend Marie’s Fish Shack on the beach, Piegon Point, KeeBees sports bar, The Bread Basket Restaurant at the Marina, RazzMataz Indian restaurant and the Segway tours.

Overall it was a wonderful holiday and we will return when we have the opportunity to do so.

Thank you Roger, Jeanette, Alvin and Delia, it was a pleasure.

One of the biggest attractions is our World Heritage Pitons and the drive-in volcano in Soufriere.

Nearby is the award winning Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens where one may bathe in the warm spring water, in baths once used by French King Louis xiv's troops in the 18th Century.

Some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving is also located in this area, at the Anse Chastanet Hotel just minutes north of the town of Soufriere.

One of the most rewarding adventures could well be hiking our rain forest or even climbing the Gros Piton.

Yet closer to our condo in the north, Pigeon Point historic ruins and fort is a must see. Revel in its rich history dating back to the famous English Admiral Rodney and learn of his role and St. Lucia's in the great conflict for the New World.
